mostly while enduring that bad cold everyone seems to be getting.
Open -- Andre Agassi (who knew? a very interesting read)
Elegance of the Hedgehog - Muriel Barbury (very French; not sure it was worth waiting for)
Year of the Flood -- Margaret Atwood (excellent, as always; next time, re-read Oryx and Crake first)
Devil's Candy: Anatomy of a Hollywood Fiasco -- Julie Salamon (fascinating account of the making of The Bonfire of the Vanities, not sure whether I need to read the book again or see the movie again or both)
Fatal Remedies -- Donna Leon (Inspector Brunetti in Venice, interesting if only for the cultural aspects)
What the Dog Saw -- Malcolm Gladwell (collection of brilliantly written New Yorker articles, all with odd connections and perspectives)
Audacity to Win -- David Plouffe (excellent account of the Obama campaign)
