The Bon Marche is the Left Bank's grand magasin. The windows featured lutins, which are usually shown as very small, grumpy old men with pointy hats, large feet in curly-toed shoes, that can hover and appear and disappear at will. The lutins of the Bon Marche were a bit more accessible. They were not easily photographed, however, since it was daylight with lots of reflections. But still....
